Do you want to help open Sweden's most modern swimming facility, Midnattsolsbadet, which opens in the autumn of 2025? We are now looking for several lifeguards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As swimming facility staff, you ensure a safe stay for our guests visiting the facility, and together with colleagues, you ensure that the swimming facility meets the expectations regarding service, cleanliness, and supervision.

Job tasks:

• Life-saving and supervision
• Swimming instructor, plan and conduct swimming lessons for school students as well as for the facility's own programs for all ages, from baby swimming to adult swimming classes
• Cleaning
• Customer service
• Cash handling
• Water training instructor
• Water purification
• Plan, develop, and execute various activities and events

QUALIFICATIONS

To work as swimming facility staff with us, you need to have good swimming skills and be comfortable in the water. You need to pass the Gold Buoy life-saving test, and a swimming test will be conducted before employment. You must be over 18 years old and proficient in Swedish and English as required in daily work.

We consider it an advantage if you have swimming instructor training, pool lifeguard training, or other equivalent education. It is also advantageous if you have experience in the profession. We prefer that you have experience in customer service work and good computer skills.

We are looking for someone with good judgment and the ability to act calmly even in pressured situations. Since you will frequently interact with our guests, you need to be service-oriented and have an interest and ability to help others. The work is done in teams, and it is important that you have good collaboration skills. We are looking for someone who is proactive and wants to be part of our business development. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You will work shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

For us, it is important that all staff feel secure in their roles, and you will therefore receive a good introduction to the work, including CPR training.
